What happens is you start out with Windowblinds and then develop an addiction to customizing you computer. From there it's just a short step to Iconpacakger, DX and others. Soon you find yourself in front of the computer for hours on end, changing tweaking, modifying.......

Then you start having problems with the wife and kids, we don't see you anymore, you love your computer more than us, etc. So now your spending thousands of dollars on therapy and marriage counseling and your going broke. Soon the moving van backs up to the house and they try to take all your furnishings including the computer.........

Now you truly lose it and get violent and have to restrained until the police arrive.....

At this point things really start to go wrong.........

So, I would say NO!, it's NOT safe to use Windowblinds.........
